The French Drain

Finished drain system

Due to excessive rain, we were not able to control the ground water seepage and the sides of the bowl keep falling in. The Fix: We decided to trench the entire perimeter and install a French drain at the clay line. This will drain the ground water out of area and allow the bowl to dry up.
